MV Long Course Districts Re-cap
Thirty-two Hammerheads competed in the Missouri Valley Long Course Districts meet July 21-23 in Lenexa. They swam to 108 best times, 17 District cuts, 18 Bonus cuts, 21 Champs cuts.

-Adam Conrad earned a new Districts cut for his 100 Fly
-Claire Conrad shaved some serious time! Over 7 seconds in her 100 Breast for a new Districts cut, over 16 seconds in her 100 Fly for a new Districts cut, almost 17 seconds in her 200 IM, and over 13 seconds in her 200 Breast for a new Districts cut.
-Isaac Dierker took 2nd and an advance to Champs in the 200 Free, 1st and an advance to Champs in the 800 Free after an over 16 second shave. He also earned 2 new Champs cuts in 100 Back and 400 Free.
-Alex Foot placed in the top 8 in 4 events: 100 Fly, 50 Free, 200 Back and 100 Free. He earned Bonus cuts in 200 Breast, 100 Back and 200 Back.
-Noah Greenlee earned 5 new District cuts (50 Breast, 100 Free, 50 Fly, 100 Back and 100 Breast) and 2 new Bonus cuts in the 50 Free and 50 Back after finishing in the Top 8 in both of those events.
-Sophia Hall placed in the Top 8 in 50 Fly.
-Justin Hendricks earned a new District cut in the 50 Free.
-Findlay Hume placed in the Top 8 in 200 Back and earned a new Bonus cut in the 100 Free.
-Jia Hurst finished in the Top 8 in 200 Back and earned a Bonus cut in that event, in addition to the 100 Back.
-Julian Locke placed in the Top 8 in 3 events (100 Free, 100 Back and 200 Free.) He also earned Bonus cuts in his 100 Fee and 200 Free.
-Jake Maiseroulle placed 1st and earned new Champs cuts in 100 Free and 50 Free, placed 2nd and new Champs cuts in 100 Breast, 200 Free and 100 Fly and earned a Bonus cut in his 50 Breast after his Top 8 finish in that event.
-Kian McHugh earned 2nd and an advance to Champs in the 200 IM, earned a District time in the 50 Back and shaved over 9 seconds in his 200 Free.
-Neala McHugh was victorious and earned true Champs cuts in 3 events: 200 IM (an over 7 second shave!), 100 Back and 50 Free. She also earned a Bonus cut after her Top 8 finish in the 50 Breast.
-Leo Nguyen shaved over 7 seconds in his 200 Free and earned a Bonus cut in his 50 Free.
-Sean Nguyen earned a new Champs cut in his 50 Free and 100 Back and Bonus cuts in 200 Back and 200 IM (an over 7 second shave!) He placed in the Top 8 in 6 of his 7 events.
-Raphael Realina earned a new District cut in the 100 Fly and placed in the Top 8 in 100 Free.
-Kennedy Roberts placed in the Top 8 in 3 of her events: 100 Breast, 50 Free and 100 Back.
-Tony Schneeberger earned a new District cut in his 100 Free.
-Isaac Stewart was victorious with a new Champs cut in his 100 Breast. He also earned a Champs cut in his 200 Breast after his Top 8 finish in that event. He also placed in the Top 8 in the 200 IM.
-Makenna Toyne earned 2 new Districts cuts in 100 Breast and 50 Back.
-Clara Wilson earned 3 new Champs cuts after her 1st place finish in the 100 Fly, 2nd place finish in 50 Breast and Top 8 finish in the 50 Back. She finished in the Top 8 in the 200 IM and 100 Back (new Bonus times!) as well.
-Johnny Woodruff earned a new Bonus cut in the 100 Back after his Top 8 finish and 2 new Champs cuts after he was victorious in the 200 Back and 200 Fly.
